All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

For orders placed within Beirut you will receive them within 24 hours. For orders outside of Beirut within 2-3 days maximum. 

All estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

$4 for orders all over Lebanon.

Please inspect the order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@feelouf.com if the item received was faulty, had an error, was damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Be sure to include the order number and a clear photo of the product in question so we will provide you with a new product straight away and resend it for free.
